A Global Hotel chain wished to standardise the Customer experience across its 4* & 5* London sites. Skills Ladder created a bespoke 12 month training programme underlining the Brand’s core values and expectations. This was delivered through onsite workshops coupled with 1-2-1 up skilling and assessment. The programme was included as part of the induction programme for all new recruits and rolled out to the workforce in place.
