Skills Ladder is currently working with a large national healthcare provider. We were asked to enhance the good customer service already offered again establishing a brand wide standard. Skills Ladder assisted in the creation of company SOP’s and backed this up with a bespoke training package accommodating the varying areas with the hospitals. The results have seen sites outperform KPI’s when customer feedback has been collected by an independent third party.
